We’re so glad you’re considering a stay at Yacht Club Beach Resort! Whether you’re planning a relaxing beach vacation, a family getaway, or a long-awaited escape to the coast, we want your stay to be as easy and enjoyable as possible.

To help you prepare for your trip, we’ve put together answers to some of the questions guests ask most often about accommodations, amenities, parking, check-in, beach access, and more. Our goal is to provide a comfortable, welcoming experience where you can slow down, soak up the sunshine, and enjoy everything the area has to offer.

Resort Information

    Onsite Office Hours
    Monday – Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • After-Hours Needs

    If you need assistance outside of office hours, our 24-hour call center is available and can contact our team for urgent needs. Please call our after-hours answering service at (941) 488-1366.

  • Are pets allowed?

    Only service animals are permitted and must be registered with the office prior to arrival.

  • Is parking available?

    Each unit has one designated parking spot. Additional cars or guests should park only in designated guest parking spaces.

Unit Information

  • Digital Lock Instructions

    • To unlock: Enter your code, then press the checkmark
    • To lock: Press the Yale button only
    • After 3 incorrect attempts, the lock will shut down temporarily
    • Wait approximately 5 minutes, then try again

    ⚠️ Some units require you to pull the door handle toward you before entering the code to unlock or before pressing the Yale button to lock.

  • What is provided in the unit?

    Each unit will be fully equipped to prepare all meals within the condo. There is a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave in each unit. All cookware, blender, toaster, dishes, glasses, cooking utensils, and silverware are provided.  

    To get you settled, each unit includes a complimentary starter pack:  
    Kitchen:
    •Dish soap
    •Sponge
    •2 dishwasher pods
    •2 K-Cups
     
    Bathroom:
    •Toilet paper
    •Shampoo
    •Conditioner
    •Body wash
    •Lotion
    •Cleansing bar
     
    Starter supplies are not replenished during your stay.  

    Sheets and towels are provided, including towels for the beach.  

    Each condo has a drying rack on the lanai for swimsuits and towels, and beach chairs are provided to take to the beach.

  • Are the properties non-smoking?

    Yacht Club Beach resort is a smoke-free property. No smoking is allowed in the units or on the lanais or building walkways, nor by the pool.

  • Do the units come with coffee makers?

    Each unit comes with either a drip coffee maker or Kuerig. Guests are responsible for their own coffee.

  • Is beach equipment available?

    Yes. We have at the office:
    • Beach chairs
    • Umbrellas

  • Are beach towels provided?

    Beach towels will are provided in each unit.

  • Do the units have washers and dryers?

    No. There is a paid laundry facility near the office for guest use.

  • Do the units have Wi‑Fi?

    • Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available in all units, Check your electronic guidebook for your Wi-Fi information.
    • Pool‑area Wi‑Fi access is also available with the provided password

  • Is there a private beach?

    No, the beach is public, but there is plenty of room for everyone.

Amenities

  • Pool Information

    Pool Hours & Heating.
    The pool is open daily from 8:00 AM to Dusk and is heated.

  • Pool Seating

    Lounge chairs and tables with chairs are available for guest use on a first come first serve basis.

  • Shuffleboard

    Shuffleboard equipment can be obtained from the manager at the front office.

  • Putting Green

    Clubs and ball for the putting green can be obtained from the manager at the front office.

Golf Carts, Vehicles & Parking

  • Are golf carts allowed?

    Golf carts are allowed with the following requirements:
    • Must be parked in the unit parking spot
    • Must display a parking pass

  • Are motorcycles and scooters allowed?

    Motorcycles and scooters are not permitted on the property.

  • Are boats, trailers, and motor homes allowed?

    Boats, trailers, and motor homes are not allowed on the property.

Venice

  • Where are the restaurants and stores in Venice?

    Downtown Venice is a short drive from the resort and there are a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and boutiques to choose from.

  • What is there to do in Venice?

    Venice, Florida offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure along the Gulf Coast. Spend your days soaking up the sun at Venice Beach, known for its stunning sunsets and shark tooth hunting, or take a stroll down Venice Avenue to explore charming shops, local dining, and live entertainment. Nature lovers can enjoy scenic trails and wildlife viewing at Myakka River State Park, while golfers and boaters will find plenty of ways to stay active. Whether you’re here to unwind or explore, Venice has something for everyone.
